EVENT CONTROLLER:

Various competitions for the academic year can be planned. Sports performance of the students can also be keyed in for better tracking. Extra-Curricular activities, Scholarships, Medical Inspections are also part of this controller.

LIBRARY CONTROLLER:

Complete category wise stock position can be obtained. Authors, Publishers and suppliers can be tracked. Delay in returning the books will be monitored and corresponding fine due can be arrived at.

FACILITY CONTROLLER:

Hostel facilities can be updated and monitored.
This facilitates the user to generate the staff wise timetable.
This assigns subjects to each staff from various departments.

EXAMINATION CONTROLLER:

Shows the exams scheduled for the academic year.
Marks obtained by the Students will be flashed.
It helps in question paper & Entrance Examination paper setting.

PERFORMANCE CONTROLLER:

REPORT CONTROLLER:

Reports on any of the activities can be viewed and printed at any given point of time, thus making the Institution more efficient.
